Multiple iPhone apps side by side on the iPad

Yes, and it actually works! I’ve wasted plenty of time already playing 2 games of Angry Birds at the same time. (I actually was playing 3 for a while, but it crashed when I tried to add a 4th). There are a few bugs, such as audio not working, and accelerometer events not getting sent to applications; it may take a while to sort these out. The bottom right button turns on “edit mode” which allows you to rearrange applications, and rotate them (Angry Birds normally runs in landscape, here they’re turned). I’m debating on if I should go for the typical desktop feel or make it more SpringBoard-like and keep apps in preset locations. I probably won’t have time to really polish this up and release for a few months, but I’ll keep hacking away at it and possibly post updates every now and then. Performance is actually pretty good, definitely useable.

I’m planning on going to the jailbreak meetup in New York, I suppose I could let a few people play around with it there if they really wanted to.

    in edit mode you should make it so you can resize the app windows. so you can like make one app bigger then the other one.

    all the angry birds are fully optimized for the iPad (HD versions are just rip offs, they worth nothing)
    this tweak will be awesome, if it could run 2 of same iPhone apps, scaled to half of the screen, and if the sound is working and maybe they can connect to each other in wifi, this will be a musthave offline multi tweak for the iPad!

    i cant wait to download it :O please dont leave it alone

    I got here looking for a way to run two apps in splitview, basically for language learning (i.e. a pdf viewer and a dictionary, or mp3player for an audiobook and the pdf of transcript)
