Why not have the dock on top? Well, it just feels weird. Apple has gotten me used to expecting the dock on the bottom. OSX doesn’t even include an option to place the dock on top, presumably because the top menu bar would have to be moved somewhere else. I hacked this together in Cycript in a very short amount of time. (Note that the reflections on the dock are on the wrong side).
